Career Profile

Connie joined Active at the beginning of 2024 to strengthen the firm’s client support team.

Connie’s journey in finance began in 2018, where she worked as a student finance apprentice, before moving to Darlington Building Society as customer service consultant.

Prior to Active, Connie spent 18 months in a similar client support role at another local financial planning firm where she gathered valuable industry experience.

As client support officer, Connie offers essential admin support for Active’s team of financial advisers and paraplanners in their day to day activities.

  • BTEC A-Level Law – Distinction*
  • Level 2 NVQ Business Administration
