Meet the Team: Katie Davis

This week’s ‘Meet the Team’ blog comes from Katie Davis, Chartered Financial Planner (Fellow).

Katie began her Financial Planning career in 2006 at Natwest Bank, moving to HSBC in 2013 to look after Premier/High Net Worth clients.  Katie joined Active in late 2014 shortly before gaining Fellowship status.

Job Title: Chartered Financial Planner (Fellow)

Qualifications: Degree in Psychology (BSc Hons); Fellow of the Personal Financial Society (FPFS); Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (ACII); Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Equity Release (CertsCII MP & ER); Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management (CertPFS DM)

Area covered: West Yorkshire

Family: Married (earlier this year!) with 3 children (7yr, 5yr and 10m); Dexter (dog) & Stig (rabbit) – our house is pretty chaotic!

Hobbies: Family time; Waterskiing; Gym; Reading; Socialising (which usually involves wine!)

Favourite restaurant: Any Italian – I love pasta and a glass of red

Person you would most like to meet and why: I have a huge celebrity crush on Peter Andre (it’s quite embarrassing admitting this guilty pleasure!)
