Career Profile

Matt joined Active as Client Support Manager (CSM) in April 2021.

Keen to increase his knowledge, Matt passed several exams in 2022 and moved in to a dual role as CSM/Trainee Paraplanner in early 2023.

Matt has worked in financial services since completing his degree in 2014 where he gained a 2:1 in Business & Finance.

In his previous role at another local financial planning firm, Matt worked closely with the team of financial planners, progressing quickly within client services and paraplanning.

Key Services

In his role as Client Support Manager, Matt works closely with the advisers to complete client applications for mortgages, pensions & investments efficiently. As a Trainee Paraplanner, Matt is also responsible for writing the reports that advisers then present to their clients.

Matt’s excellent communication skills mean he is perfectly placed for his regular communication between the advisers and their clients.

Matt is currently studying for the Diploma in Financial Services which will underpin the knowledge and experience he is gaining in the workplace.
